Water quality concern at this location was in regards to the low pH - acidic water that also contained iron.
Acidic water presents a corrosive water condition that, if left unaddressed, can erode piping and fixtures by weakening the brass and copper. The solution is to install a Neutralizer. This unit is filled with a calcium/mangnesium granular media that the acidic water will dissolve and satisfy the water’s corrosivity and raise the pH into the neutral range as well as oxidize and remove up to 60% of the iron content in the raw water. This unit utilizes a timer that backwashes once a week to keep the media bed clean.
The neutralizing process adds hardness so to complete this package we typically install a softener as pictured. The client here wiseley chose the Kinetico ‘Signature’ Water Softener that will efficiently and effectively remove the hardness and any remaining iron residuals.

Water quality concern at this location was in regards to water hardness and adverse odour.
The client here accepted our recommendation of a Kinetico ‘Premier’ Water Softener. This unit will condition the water very efficiently and use very little salt and water to do so.
This unit is followed with a Kinetico ‘SulfurGuard’. This unit will remove the most persistent ‘rotten egg’ smell with its process of filtering the water through a special carbon media that regenerates with small amounts of Peroxide to maintain media effectiveness.
The client also selected a Kinetico K5C Drinking Water Station. This reverse osmosis unit will deliver the most pure pristine water delivered to a stylish faucet at the kitchen sink. This will provide them with years of drinking water without the need to purchase bottled water at the store and having to deal with empty plastic bottle and container disposal.
